Karl Kakadelis, Director

GMI Director, Counselor, Instructor, Small Group/Retreat Speaker Karl Kakadelis has served on staff at Grace Ministries since 1987. Along with one-on-one discipleship/counseling and teaching, Karl has served as Administrator and Director of Training prior to his current role as Director.

Karl grew up in Danbury, Connecticut and graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in business. He relocated to Atlanta, Georgia and began a career in real estate. He became active at First Baptist Atlanta and ultimately participated in a short-term mission trip to Scotland in 1985. He then completed training at Grace Fellowship International (now Grace Ministries International) and joined their staff in late 1986. He moved to the Northern Virginia area to assist in opening this Grace Ministries office.

Karl was ordained in 1990 and has received further education from Western Theological Seminary, Portland, Oregon, and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, Illinois. He and his wife, Tracy, were married in 1986 and now live in Warrenton, Virginia with their three children.


Gina Binder, Discipleship Counselor

Gina joined the staff of Grace Ministries in September 2004. She volunteers part-time as a discipleship counselor. Previously she had been the assistant teaching director of a local Community Bible Study class. Gina also leads the "Grace Moments" Book Club the first Friday of each month for those who have completed the Grace Life Institute.

Gina was born and raised in southern Virginia. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Asbury College and earned her Master of Arts degree from the University of Virginia. Gina moved to Northern Virginia when she was married in 1987. For eleven years she worked as an actuary for GEICO. In March of 2000, she left her actuarial pursuits in order to spend more time with her two children.

Gina lives with her husband, Jim, and children, in the not-so-quiet suburbs of Prince William County. It is there that she is daily amazed at the sufficiency of the grace of Jesus Christ.


Rita Schulte M.A., N.C.C., Discipleship Counselor

Rita Schulte joined Grace Ministries in 2002 as a staff counselor and Instructor. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Liberty University, and has her Masters in counseling from Liberty University. She is presently working toward her licensure.

Rita also has a degree in Interior Design. She does watercolor painting and has shown her work in several galleries in the Washington D.C. area.

She and her husband Mike live in Fairfax Station, VA and have two older children Ashley and Michael.


Tricia Snow, Director of Discipleship/Counseling

Tricia, a graduate of Wheaton College, joined the staff of Grace Ministries in 1990. Since that time she has been involved in discipleship counseling with both women and couples, and teaching at our various conferences and training venues. She has also been a speaker at women's retreats and conferences outside of our office.

Currently, Tricia is the Director of Discipleship/Counseling at Grace Ministries. Her responsibilities include meeting with counselees for intake appointments, overseeing all details of the counseling ministry, and supervising the counseling staff. Tricia has a real heart for hurting Christians desperate to discover peace, joy, and freedom in the midst of life's struggles.

She and her husband have two children.


Ken Stith, Discipleship Counselor

Ken joined the Grace Ministries staff in 2000 after completing his training in 1999 in the Manassas, Va. Office. Ken disciples men part-time, primarily, from the Rockville, Md. Office as a volunteer. He participates as an instructor in the Grace Life Conferences and Institutes.

Ken’s primary focus of ministry over the years has been as a worship leader in various congregations, as well as leading worship at the International Conference of Exchanged Life. He has been a small group leader, served as a congregational/church elder and Bible Study teacher over the years. He is an active participant in the Northern Virginia Tres Dias community.

Ken retired nine years ago from 25 years of active duty Air Force service and is currently employed at NIH in Bethesda, Md. He and his wife, Yolanda, live with their two children in Rockville, Md.


Yolanda Cohen Stith, Director of Teaching/Training

Yolanda joined the Grace Ministries staff in 1999 after completing training that began in 1997. She divides her time between directing the Grace Life Institute and Advanced Training and participating in the individual discipleship/counseling. Yolanda counsels, in both the Manassas, Va. Office, and an office in Rockville, Md to provide counseling to those closer to D.C. and the beltway.

Yolanda is a Messianic Jewish Believer who has taught Women’s Bible studies, as well as led a Women’s Ministry, started and directed a Children’s Ministry and participated in the discipleship of women through various congregations/churches. She developed and published a grace-based Messianic Jewish children’s curriculum that is used in Messianic Congregations worldwide. She is also an accomplished artist specializing in watercolors and, in addition to original paintings, her work has been featured on book and CD covers, and calendars. She is active in the Northern Virginia Tres Dias community and has had numerous opportunities to speak at women’s retreats.

Yolanda and her husband, Ken who is also on staff at Grace Ministries, live in Rockville, Maryland with their two children.


Tarra Green - Discipleship Counselor

Tarra joined the Grace Ministries staff in October of 2005. As a Grace Ministries staff Discipleship/Counselor, Tarra’s heart is to share Life in Christ with women.

Tarra also has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1981, and currently is a salon owner of Abba’s Place. She was born and raised in Connecticut, and moved to Virginia where she met her husband Paul. They have been married since 1986 and have two daughters.


Don Steve - Discipleship Counselor

Don became part of the Grace Ministries staff in August 2006. Born and raised near Tampa Florida, Don has lived in Northern Virginia since 1987. He began working in the construction industry at the age of five as Don learned to hammer nails in the roof while tied to the waist of his grandfather. Currently, he runs a small home remodeling company as he transitions to full time ministry at Grace Ministries.

Don lives in Warrenton, Virginia with his wife Leis. They have five children and one grandchild. Being outdoors is one of his favorite pastimes and he enjoys fishing and just about anything that can be raced.

Don attended Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina and has an Associates in Religious Education from a denominational college in Florida. He has taught Sunday School classes, led groups for men and couples, discipled young men, and spoken at men's gatherings and churches. He loves sharing the heart of God with the heart of men.
