All salaried staff counselors are responsible for raising their own support. Gifts given which are designated for a particular staff person go directly into his/her account. These are the funds out of which his/her salary are paid. We believe the Lord gives freely and cheerfully, and will give through you similarly. If donors do not give the funds, the Grace Ministries staff member is not paid. Grace Ministries does not subsidize staff support or make up shortfalls. Each staff salary amount is determined by the unanimous decision of the Grace Ministries Board of Directors. Income from counseling donations, conference fees and the sale of books and tapes are used to pay for all other non-salary ministry expenses ( i.e. rent, utilities, office equipment and supplies, etc.)
